POTTERS BAR RAIL CRASH ANNIVERSARY

That this House notes that 10th May marks the sixth anniversary of the Potters Bar rail crash; further notes that no public inquiry or inquest has been held and that legitimate questions of the bereaved families, survivors and travelling public have yet to be properly answered; and calls on the Government to do all in its power to bring this delay to an end.
