RETIREMENT OF MR COLIN PEEL AS PRESIDENT OF WORCESTER PARK AND NORTH CHEAM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

The motion
That this House congratulates Mr Colin Peel for his 50 years of service with the Worcester Park and North Cheam Community Association and as Association President since 1982; notes his outstanding work as President of the Association in securing a brand new Community Centre in North Cheam; further notes that his dedication, expertise and tenacity ensured that the Elmcroft Centre was built fit for multi-purpose which attracts a diverse and vibrant range of lettings; and wishes Mr Peel a happy and well earned retirement.
