BT MANAGERS AND PROFESSIONALS

That this House notes that BT is to publish its annual financial results; calls on the company to revise its unacceptable pay offer to its managers and professionals who are instrumental to its ongoing success; and further calls on BT to return to talks with the union Connect to find an acceptable solution and to avoid the need for industrial action in the company following a strong mandate for action in a postal ballot of Connect members.
