ROYAL MAIL AND ZONAL PRICING

That this House notes that Royal Mail has launched an application for judicial review of Postcomm's decision to refuse its application to introduce a system of zonal pricing for mail delivery; believes that such a system strikes at the heart of the Universal Service Obligation (USO); reiterates its support for the USO; and further calls upon Royal Mail to withdraw its application.
