DISPOSAL OF LAND OWNED BY THE STATE

That this House notes that section 123 subsection 2a of the Local Government Act 1972 requires that a local authority advertises potential property sales in a newspaper; calls for the Government to add a requirement for such potential property sales to be listed electronically on an internet register; and further calls for central government property disposals to be listed in the same register for each local government area.
