ISRAEL AND PALESTINIAN FUNDS (No.2)

The motion

That this House notes that the Israeli government transferred the tax revenues to the Palestinian Authority on 9th June 2008; and further notes that the transaction was delayed due to a Palestinian debt for the supply of electricity provided to the Palestinians by the State of Israel.
