WHOLE-LIFE COSTING

The motion

That this House recognises the pivotal role of whole-life costing in securing value for money for the public purse; notes its potential to deliver social and environmental benefits; is concerned that it is not currently being meaningfully used by public sector procurers; and calls for its application in all public sector procurement.
