That this House congratulates and celebrates Chris Hoy on his sensational Olympic gold medal tally; notes that Chris Hoy's triple gold triumph secures his place as Scotland's greatest Olympian to date; and believes that the cyclist's inspirational success and hard work should be officially recognised with a knighthood.
