That this House recognises the excellent contribution of Ryan Jones as Welsh rugby captain and Shane Williams in being short-listed for the World IRB Player of the Year Award; and wishes both players the best of luck and notes the accolade is a fitting tribute to the fine performances they have contributed at both regional and international level.
