That this House warmly congratulates Lewis Hamilton on becoming Formula One Champion; notes that he thoroughly deserves his success, given the level of dedication he has displayed over many years; but deplores the continual carping that his performances have attracted, including the extremely poor and biased television commentary that accompanied his final race in Brazil.
