Training Expenditure - Mutual Aid Centre Managing Agency (No. 2)

That this House notes with concern the network of companies, including High Wycombe Brass Tacks Ltd., Mutual Aid Centre Managing Agency, Electronics Aids Workshop Ltd., and the directors of these companies I. Mans, R. Fazakerley, V. Marshall and D. Kotze, who were involved in the receipt of Community Programme, Youth Training Scheme and Employment Training funds in the 1980's; views with concern that City Training Link paid ú117,000 to 13 employees in the period 18th May 1988 to 31st March 1989, whilst ú58,427 was paid to the four directors; regrets the fact that Inner City Training Ltd. closed its horticulture scheme despite the directors taking ú25,000 in remuneration in the period 28th July 1988 to 31st March 1989; and calls upon the Department of Employment to make a full inquiry.
