The motion
That this House notes the case R. P. v The United Kingdom in the European Court of Human Rights which relates to a case in England in which the Government has publicly been asked to justify its position regarding the imposition of the Official Solicitor on a mother without availability to her of a second opinion, and the subsequent concession of the case without a trial; and calls upon the Government to review the operation of the Official Solicitor.
