MILITARY PERSONNEL OVERSEAS

That this House sends its best wishes to all overseas military personnel and their families serving the UK during the festive period; recognises the important work they are doing and the sacrifices they are making; welcomes the announcement that troop withdrawals from Iraq are expected in April 2009; wishes all troops serving overseas a safe Christmas; and thanks them for their courage and dedication.
