The motion
leave out from 'Tokyo'; to end and add 'but fails to recognise any commercial, or competitive merit in achieving this by simply taking away from another British company, namely British Airways, flights which it is operating successfully in competition with foreign airlines; and recommends that the Secretary of State for Transport investigates the competence of the Civil Aviation Authority who do not appear to understand how to help United Kingdom airlines win greater market shares in the tough world of international air transport.'.
