STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER CARE AT VODAFONE
Tabled by Mr Gregory Campbell (Democratic Unionist Party)

The motion
That this House is concerned that during a recession when many British companies are demonstrating very high standards of customer care to enable them to remain competitive in an increasingly difficult economic environment, a small number of companies such as Vodafone UK have in some instances shown an appalling disregard for existing customer needs, such as declining to respond to telephone requests, emails and voicemails over a period of weeks from hon. Members to the point where hon. Members are considering cancelling their own contracts; and calls upon senior management in Vodafone to address these concerns as a matter of urgency.
