The motion

That this House is disappointed that in the Answer to a Question from the hon. Member for Rochdale on 11 February 2009, regarding allegations of war crimes during the recent conflict in Gaza, the Prime Minister gave no commitment to request the UN Security Council to refer the matter to the International Criminal Court.
