leave out from 'and' to end and add 'and hopes that the Commission will take action to restore the locus of the White Horse of Uffington currently in Oxfordshire, which is carved into the chalk of the Berkshire Downs and for one thousand years up to the Local Government Act 1972 existed within the county boundary of Berkshire.'.
