DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

That this House notes that there is some confusion as to whether or not the distance selling regulations apply to a transaction, where a contract to purchase goods has been agreed over the internet, but the goods are collected from a shop; and calls on the Government to clarify that they do apply in that situation.
