COVENTRY NORTH EAST

That this House recognises that the voting rights of the Coventry North East constituency electors in the forthcoming general election were devalued when the Labour Party's political organiser, Joyce Gould, knowingly condoned corrupt vote rigging organised to unseat the Member of Parliament; and recommends that the Representation of the People Acts be amended to deal with these disreputable activities which American legislation classifies as a criminal offence.
