That this House marks the 25th anniversary of the murder of WPC Yvonne Fletcher; notes that this brave, courageous policewoman died having been shot in the back; sends its condolences to her family; and urges the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to intensify discussions with Libya to secure and detain her murderer.
