That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Community Charges and Non-Domestic Rating (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1992 (S.I., 1992, No. 474), dated 6th February 1992, a copy of which was laid before this House on 6th February, be annulled.
