The motion
That this House notes the recent announcement by the British Airports Authority of soaring trading losses and is concerned that this will increase the burden placed on the public purse by the proposed third runway at Heathrow Airport; and calls upon the Government to review its decision on Heathrow Airport expansion in light of its implications for future public expenditure.
