LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND CANDIDATE ELECTORAL PACKS

That this House is concerned at the widely differing practices of local authorities when issuing candidates electoral packs; notes that in some cases documents are only available upon request or withheld from the candidate until after the election; and calls on the Government to instruct the Electoral Commission to ensure there is a consistent system of best practice.
