WHIPS' ADDITIONAL SALARIES

That this House notes the Prime Minister's wish to improve Parliament's value for money and to cut its costs; therefore calls on him to scrap additional Ministerial salaries for whips who are directed to perform largely party rather than parliamentary duties.
