SUMMER FUEL PRICES

That this House expresses concern that many households are struggling to make ends meet in the current economic climate; notes fuel duty is a major cost throughout the year; further notes that fluctuations in the price of fuel make budgeting very difficult; and agrees that a fuel duty regulator should be put in place to prevent price fluctuation.
