RESIDENTS AND DISABILITY PARKING SCHEMES

That this House notes the range of parking schemes for different individual circumstances, including residents' parking schemes, reserved places for people with disabilities and other parking restrictions; further notes that there remain difficulties who some schemes in preventing people from abusing them; and calls on the Government to review such schemes in order to make them more workable.
