The motion
That this House regrets that the England FIFA World Cup qualifier match played on 10 October 2009 was only available to view online; notes that all previously broadcast England matches have been available on television; further notes that many people in Britain do not have access to the internet; welcomes the use of technology in sport; and concludes that until universal internet is achieved, England matches should be shown on television to enable all fans to watch them and for public houses to screen them.
