PEDICABS AND PUBLIC SAFETY

That this House notes with concern that pedicabs are inherently dangerous; further notes that there is a high risk of serious injury or death for the rider and passenger in the event of an accident; further notes that many pedicabs have inadequate or no insurance; and calls on the Government to make the touting for public hire of pedicabs illegal.
