INDUSTRIAL ACTION AT ROYAL MAIL

That this House regrets the recent industrial dispute between the Communication Workers Union and the Royal Mail Group; notes that the action is causing hardship for households across the country; further notes the impact the action is having on small and medium-sized businesses which are acutely affected at this time of economic hardship; and calls on the Government, as a matter of urgency, to bring both sides to the negotiating table to end the industrial action.
