That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Major Accident Off-Site Emergency Plan (Management of Waste from Extractive Industries) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 (S.I,. No. 1927), dated 16 July 2009, a copy of which was laid before this House on 21 July, in the previous Session of Parliament, be annulled.
