That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) (Amendment) Order 2009 (S.I., 2009, No. 2707), dated 1 October 2009, a copy of which was laid before this House on 8 October, in the previous Session of Parliament, be annulled.
