That this House congratulates Lee John Westwood of Worksop, Nottinghamshire, for his recent victory at the Dubai World Championship on 22 November 2009 and his victory at the Portugal Masters on 19 October 2009; salutes his achievement as Europe's top ranked professional golfer and as the inaugural winner of the Race to Dubai title; recognises Mr Westwood for all of his accomplishments in the game of golf; and wishes him future successes in the world of golf.
