That this House notes the response of the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, the right hon. Member for Exeter, to the hon. Member for Wellingborough at oral questions on 1 March 2010, Official Report, column 651; considers the imputation on the hon. Member's character and motives to be wholly unwarranted; and calls on the right hon. Member to substantiate his remarks or to withdraw them and apologise forthwith.
