The motion
That this House believes that in particular cases, such as the request for a family visit by the overseas mother of a woman in Britain who had a complex premature birth of asecond child, and whose husband works long hours at moderate pay, a delay of over 10 weeks before there is further information on the appeal against the refusal of a visa is inappropriate; and further believes it to be rightfor entry clearance to be granted without delay in such a case.
