SURE START PALFREY CHILDREN'S CENTRE

That this House congratulates Sure Start Palfrey Children's Centre in Walsall South on achieving outstanding in its Ofsted inspection on 8 July 2010; notes that the centre is the first children's centre to achieve outstanding in all categories to date; further congratulates the staff and volunteers whose hard work and dedication have made it such a success; and recognises the vital importance of Sure Start centres in helping families and ensuring children have the best start in life.
