The motion
That this House recognises the important role the England football team plays as a symbol of unity and pride across the nation; commiserates with the fans following England's disappointing early exit from the 2010 World Cup; further recognises the importance of proper training facilities to any prospect of future success; supports the development of the new St George's Park National Football Centre at Rangemore; and calls on the Football Association urgently to finalise its plans and to make progress on the project as soon as possible.
