That this House notes that Andrew France, a constituent in Birmingham, Yardley, was told that Birmingham City Council would take action against him unless he agreed to stop talking about his case to his hon. Member; believes that the actions of the authorities in threatening action against a constituent for talking to his hon. Memberwere wrong; and calls on them to apologise.
