PUBLIC EXPENDITURE AND CROSSRAIL

That this House believes that in the current financial climate, investment should be nationwide; notes that Crossrail is costing 15.9 billion with 5 billion coming from the Department for Transport's budget; and calls for Crossrail to be cancelled in favour of transport improvements that benefit the whole of the country.
