CODE OF PRACTICE FOR PARK HOMES

That this House notes with concern the plight of park home owners in Morecambe and Lunesdale; and urges the Government seriously and urgently to consider implementing a code of conduct relating to the price charged by park home site owners to the park home owners for the supply of gas and electricity, to be enforced by Ofgem.
