SCOTFORTH HOUSE AUTISTIC CENTRE PUBLIC ENQUIRY

That this House regrets the decision of Lancashire County Council not to provide funding for independent legal representation for the parents of children abused at Scotforth House, Lancaster; urges Lancashire County Council to reconsider its decision and provide the necessary funding; and congratulates the National Autistic Society for their decision to make available ú10,000 to pay one quarter of the parents' legal expenses.
