AIR SEA RESCUE SERVICE

The motion

That this House recognises the intrinsic value of the Air and Sea Rescue Service; expresses grave concern at the proposals to privatise the service under the Private Finance Initiative in a bid to save money; and urges the Ministry of Defence to rethink this decision with immediate effect.
