ACTIS

That this House notes the comments of the Secretary of State for International Development expressing his view that the management of Actis had outnegotiated the previous Government by structuring itself to avoid paying any profits to the taxpayer and that this was shameful; and therefore calls on the Government to bring forward proposals for action against the management of Actis in order to restore any losses taxpayers may have suffered by the actions of the company's management.
