HILLINGDON'S MUSIC SERVICE

That this House expresses its concern at the proposal by the Conservative ruling group on Hillingdon Council to cut the funding for Hillingdon Music Service, which has provided for many years to local children the opportunity of learning to play a musical instrument; and urges the councillors to think again about this damaging proposal.
