Leave out from 'congratulates' to end and add 'the honourable Member for Thurrock and the honourable Member for Billericay on their strong support for the Basildon and Thurrock Community Health Councils' counter proposals to those put forward by the local health authority; further congratulates the honourable Member for Thurrock on his successful adjournment debate on this subject which not one Labour honourable Member attended; and notes that the local health authority have responded positively to his suggestion that a casualty unit should be maintained in Thurrock manned by local general practitioners by setting up a working party with the local Family Practitioners Committee and general practitioners to investigate such a possibility fully.'.
