LOW PAID WORKERS IN WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL AREA

That this House deplores the decision of Westminster City Council to change its parking policy in a way that will penalise low paid workers who work in Westminster City Council area, such as cleaners who undertake their work after 7pm or during the weekend, and asks the City Council to reconsider its decision in respectof such workers.
