leave out from 'notes' to end and add 'that it has been claimed that Mr Jon Craig of the Daily Express and Mr Trevor Jones, Waltham Forest Health Authority General Manager, are telling lies about the honourable Member for Leyton's constituent, Mrs Flourou; rejects this claim; accepts that the account of her circumstances given by the Health authority is true and accurate; regrets the attack on Mr Craig, a journalist with an unblemished record over many years, and Mr Jones, a dedicated servant of the NHS, following the disclosure that the claims by the Daily Mirror that baby Carly Reavill was killed by NHS cuts proved to be untrue; regrets the attempts to exploit the NHS for party political ends; and urges the honourable Member for Leyton to withdraw his unfounded allegations.'.
