FUEL DUTY TAX - e-PETITION

That this House is aware of an e-Petition dealing with the question of fuel duty, supported by Fair Fuel UK, which has now surpassed its target of 100,000 signatures on the Government's own e-Petition site; understands that the Backbench Business Committee has decided a lack of Parliamentary timeprecludes this topic from being debated; and calls on the Government to fulfil its promise to find time for all such petitions which gatherat least the required100,000 citizens' signatures to be debated.
