GRAEME SOUNESS AND CARLOS TEVEZ

That this House supports the criticism of Carlos Tevez by TV pundit Graeme Souness for his failure to play in a game against Bayern Munich which saw his club Manchester City beaten 2-1; agrees with Graeme Souness's comments regarding Tevez's selfish behaviour which are consistent with public opinion and epitomise the feelings of genuine fans about what is wrong with modern football; and believes that professional football players are paid to play and the Football Association and Sky Sports should support Graeme Souness in any future legal action against him for expressing his views.
