BOXER SCOTT HARRISON

That this House congratulates the Scottish Area Boxing Council, its officials, especially Chairman Bernard Connolly and Secretary Brian McAllister for unanimously deciding to recommend to the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBC), that pugilist Scott Harrison be returned the right to resume his professional boxing career; recalls that this athlete won the world title twice and successfully defended it on nine occasions; and calls on the BBBC to deal swiftly with this matter to enable this young man to restart his career at the earliest opportunity.
