ORGAN DONATION (No. 2)

That this House believes that all people should automatically be classed as organ donors unless they expressly opt out; acknowledges that organs are viable from people over 80 years old; and calls on the Government to bring forward legislation as soon as is possible in order that more lives can be saved through organ donation.
